ABOUT ROCKIN’ & ROASTIN’:
Joey Kramer, drummer for Aerosmith, is a coffee-loving Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Famer. The story of Joey Kramer’s Rockin’ & Roastin’ 100% USDA organic certified, custom-roasted coffee brews begins in the field. Unlike “sun grown” coffee that’s cheaper to produce but requires chemical fertilizers and pesticides and leads to the destruction of native rainforests, Rockin’ & Roastin’ coffee is lovingly cultivated using the traditional “shade grown” method, under a canopy of indigenous trees, that leads to Arabica beans. There currently is a trio of international blends offered: a medium roast from Guatemala; a medium-dark roast from Ethiopia; and, a dark roast hailing from Sumatra. Rockin’ & Roastin’ also is the official hot brewed coffee at House of Blues locations throughout the nation. In late 2015, Kramer opened “Rockin’ & Roastin’ Café & Restaurant – At the Mountain,” a two-level, family-friendly entertainment destination equipped with a coffeehouse, full-service dining room and live music performances at the Sunday River Ski Resort (Newry, ME). In the summer of 2016, Kramer will open his first brick and mortar coffeehouse with a rock star edge, “Joey Kramer’s Rockin’ & Roastin’ Café,” in N. Attleborough, MA.
