Joey Kramer, Founder and Chairman
For 40 years Joey Kramer has combined emotional feel with technical virtuosity to convey the musical ideas of his band mates in Aerosmith while evolving into one of rock’s greatest drummers. A rock and roll hall of famer, Joey has taken his passion for music and applied it to his second passion a great cup of coffee by selecting organic roasts from his favorite coffee regions. He next put together a great management team to take this passion to the public.
Ron Mann, Co-Founder and CEO
Ron is a twenty-five plus year executive in the IT industry most recently with Hewlett Packard and Compaq Computers and has extensive experience working in a fortune 50 company related to new business development, operations, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, international markets, and supplier partnerships. Additionally Ron has been involved in multiple new start-up businesses in IT technology, alternative energy and the service industries. Ron holds a BS in Engineering from Mississippi State University and a MS in Business/Engineering Management from the University of Houston.
Frank Cimler, Co-Founder and President
Frank Cimler is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Maryland where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business; he received his Juris Doctor degree from the New England School and obtained an LLM degree, an advanced law degree, in Banking Law and Finance from the Morin Center for Banking Law Studies at Boston University School of Law. Mr. Cimler has extensive blue-chip legal experience in high technology, information technology and the entertainment industry. Mr. Cimler has also been a consultant to various publicly traded and private entities such as record labels, publishing companies, digital encryption technology companies, adaptive finger print technology companies and celebrity rights management companies as well as representing multiple celebrities and public figures. Additionally Mr. Cimler has held executive positions in fortune 500 companies and has been a member in Choate, Hall & Stewart law firm. More recently Mr. Cimler was selected by Live Nation to help raise $66M for the Boston Strong initiative in 2013.
